Your data stays yours.

GENI knows a lot about your business and your life. Here is exactly where that knowledge lives, who can see what, and what reaches us.

The question and the bits of memory it needs go to the AI provider you chose, under your own account and their terms. The same as using that provider yourself.

Nothing leaves for the thinking

Run a free model on your own machine and the thinking never leaves it. Voice, the web and your online accounts still use the internet.

// What reaches us

What dGEN Labs receives.

What we receive

  • When you buy: your name, email address and billing details, to issue your licence and keep the records the law requires.
  • When you ask: what you send us yourself, like a pilot request or a support question.

What we do not

  • Your conversations, files and memory. On Desktop and Self-hosted they never come to us.
  • Your passwords. Not even GENI sees them.
  • Training. We do not train AI on your data, and we do not sell it.

Questions about your data? Contact dGEN Labs B.V. i.o., De Run 1141, 5503 LB Veldhoven, the Netherlands. Until registration, dGEN Productions (sole proprietorship, Chamber of Commerce 97916137) acts on its behalf.
