The licence, in plain words.

Two ways to own it

• 12 months. GENI and every update released in your licence year. Renew to keep going.
• Lifetime. The version you buy is yours for good. You get every update released in the first 12 months.

Both come in Desktop (one licence per computer) and Self-hosted (one licence per server). Hosted is a subscription, not a licence: every update is included for as long as it runs.

Security updates

Every valid licence gets security updates, lifetime included. Keeping GENI safe is not something we charge extra for.

When a 12-month licence ends

We remind you 30 days and 7 days before the date, and give you 7 days of grace after it, so a payment that takes a little longer never stops your office. Renew and GENI carries on where it was. If you do not renew, GENI stops working. You can always export all of your own data.

Ask for a 48-hour pilot key for your own machine. We read every request and issue the keys ourselves, after a short call.

Your AI account, your data

You connect the AI you choose: your own account with a provider, the subscription you already have, or a free model on your own machine. You pay the provider directly; we add nothing on top. Your conversations, files and memory stay on your computer or your server, and do not come to us. More on the privacy page.

What you may do

• Use GENI for your own work and your own business.
• Keep everything GENI makes for you. It is yours.

What you may not do

• Sell, rent, share or pass on GENI itself, its installer or your licence key.
• Run one licence on more machines than it covers.

GENI is AI

GENI does a lot on its own, and it stops for your yes before anything goes out. It can still make mistakes, like any AI. Check what matters before you rely on it.
